Fabrication

Fabrication and installation can not be scheduled until we have all sinks, faucets, cooktops, or any item that requires cutouts, stone is inhouse and approved by the customer, templates are completed, and customer has approved cutting layout and confirmed edge detail.
Prior to template and installation all existing plumbing to be disconnected and current countertops removed.
Prior to fabrication, the customer should review and approve stone for color, grain, and layout at our shop even if it was previously approved at the stone supplier. We will fabricate without this final approval, but customer will be responsible for finished product.
Job will be templated by us or templates and/or detailed prints to be supplied by customer.
The customer to supply all items (stovetops, sinks, faucets, soap dispensers, etc.) which require cutouts or holes in stone.
The customer to note exact location of all sinks, stovetops, and hardware, as noted above.
The customer is responsible to assure that all sinks, stovetops, and hardware will fit in cabinet openings.
Access to the installation site may dictate size and weight limitations on pieces to be fabricated.

STEP 1
Measure Your Space

To assist with estimations, please sketch out the shape and dimensions of your project and upload the drawings or image with your request. If you already have cabinet or building plans we’ll gladly work off those. This will allow us to determine the total square footage and whether you require one or two slabs.

STEP 2
Stone Selection
Once you’re ready to move forward with your project, it’s time to select your stone. Visit our expansive showroom to see in-stock full slabs.

STEP 3
Schedule Professional Measure & Installation
We will schedule your measurement appointment and installation once the following are completed: Contract signed, 10% deposit paid, confirmed cabinet installation date (if you’re getting new cabinets).

STEP 4
Measurement
Our fabricator will visit your home to measure your space. With these measurements, we develop a CAD file of your project and review it with you. You will be able to visualize the finished product and can approve the digital layout prior to us cutting.

STEP 5
Fabrication
We cut your project on our latest CNC technology bridgesaw to ensure precise cuts and polish.

STEP 6
Installation
A team of professional installers will arrive and install your new countertops. Typically, within a day, depending on the size of the project.
