OUR FABRICATION PROCESS
All fabrication is completed at our North Hollywood facility, ensuring faster turnaround, consistent quality, and complete control over every project – from slab cutting and edge detailing to final polish and inspection.
Measurement & Templating
Our templating process captures exact dimensions, appliance openings, wall irregularities, and edge details. Templates are then arranged directly on the stone to ensure the best grain flow and visual balance. This precision-driven step eliminates guesswork and guarantees a perfect fit during installation.
CNC & Cutting
All slabs are cut using advanced CNC and waterjet machines for maximum accuracy. These machines ensure clean lines, tight seams, and precise openings for sinks, faucets, and cooktops. Complex designs, miters, and waterfall edges are executed with exact detail for a flawless finish.
Edge Profiling & Shaping
After cutting, our team precisely shapes and fabricates your selected edge profile. Choose from square, eased, mitered, bevel, or bullnose designs. Each edge is expertly machined, inspected, and hand-finished to ensure consistent thickness, smooth transitions, and a flawless polish.
Polishing, Finishing & Quality Inspection
Each slab is polished to your preferred finish — matte, honed, leathered, or gloss. Our technicians inspect every surface for flatness, seam alignment, color consistency, and structural integrity. Only materials that pass our strict quality inspection proceed to the final installation stage.
