I tried five countertops places in North Hollywood and finally found LA Countertops Inc. I just needed a remnant they had many to choose from. The price was right and they even cut it to size staying half hour after closing time. Armik showed me a piece of Quartz that was just what I needed.

Marble Granite Slabs fabricated 2 travertine exterior door thresholds for me that were just what I needed and reasonably priced. I provided dimensions and they stuck two 3/4'" pieces together and fabricated the shape I requested to replace the old thresholds. I had a door jamb that was rotting and the pre-hung door thresholds were loose, so I figured why not replace them with stone while I section out and replace the rotted jamb.

Now, when i arrived (nearing the end of the advertised business hours) i was worried that the last task on my to-do list may well not be completed.

Where it may not have been a largely time consuming task to complete, the size adjustments required were specific and required specialist machinery.

Within 5 minutes of explaining my needs, the boss was beginning to handle it with impressive haste, no hesitation with turning on huge 300,000$ fabrication machines for me and my retail scale needs (it seems clear upon entering the warehouse that they are normally seeing to a larger scale of customer than myself).

Reasonable price, great service, will be a repeat customer for sure!

These guys were the best. They had great prices and did same day cutting of the quartz countertop I needed for my bathroom. Super friendly and they had exactly what I needed. It was the best, most straightforward experience I've had while looking for a slab.
